What's for Dinner tonight?

MMMMMMM Food. I despise cooking, but love to bake, but sadly cannot bake all my suppers. I have been looking for fast, easy, inexpensive meals, as Kitty demands commands a lot of time and attention. Like most kids, he somehow knows when I am distracted-cooking, trying to do homework, or trying to talk on the phone. This recipe can be easily made for less than $10 and 20 mins. I think this recipe may be Kitty proof...Simple, straight forward and sure to be scrumptious!

Fajita-Chicken Wraps
  •  About a pound of Chicken Breasts (TIP: Buy in bulk to save money, bring home, separate and freeze into smaller quantities)
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small pepper-any kind you like
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • Salsa
  • Shredded Cheese (TIP: Buy block cheese and shred yourself to save money!)
How to cook:

Sprinkle chicken strips with chili powder and garlic powder.
Coat a medium nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken and sweet pepper strips in hot skillet over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and pepper strips are tender.
Add desired toppings and serve
Note: *To warm tortillas:  Wrap tortillas tightly in foil. Heat in a 350 degrees F oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.

Let me know what kinds of things you'd like to see in this blog...I'm always looking for ideas!
